The kids are going back to school, and the temperatures will begin to drop off as the fall season comes into play. There have already been cases of West Nile virus and the mosquitoes are starting to breed, and we can expect challenges, and we can expect the public spokespeople of the CDC to be warning us on social media, and doing interviews in the mass media very soon. Let's go ahead and discuss this for a moment.<br />

We all know the message they will put forth. It's time for us to vaccinate our kids before flu season, that these vaccinations are safe, and that we must do this, and give our kids flu shots to prevent an epidemic. Some flu seasons are quite intense, and others come and go without too much problem. Unfortunately it's rather hard to predict, and so we just don't know. A new strain could develop, and makes its way onto the North American continent, and spread through our population like wildfire. We know this to be a fact, we've dealt with it before, and it is the fear of the CDC disaster response teams.<br />
<br />
Luckily, they do have a plan, and thanks to Google and other folks we have data streaming and in real-time as to the symptoms, and the penetration of the flu as it progresses through our country. Many people don't understand how serious this is until it affects their family. Some folks are much more vulnerable to various strains especially if they haven't been vaccinated, or their body doesn't recognize the strain. Is my contention that you should know more about the flu and its real dangers.<br />

Indeed, I'd like to recommend a very good book to you, this is a book that I personally own, and it resides in my personal library. It's easy to read, and you can go through it in a day or two, and catch up on all the information you need to stay safe. The name of the book is;<br />

2. Cobra<br />

This is another effective height increasing exercise. You lie on the floor with your chest down and with palms under your shoulders. Now, lift up your body with your hands on the floor and remain in that position for a few seconds. Ensure that from your waist down remain low and you hands are straight while doing this exercise.<br />

3. Double Forward Bend<br />
<br />
This exercise works on both your spine and hamstrings. It exerts pressure on your spine and thereby stretching it. Sit down on the floor with both legs stretched forward and your hands place on your hips. Your legs must be straight and placed side by side. Next, bend forward and try to reach your toes with both hands. Repeat this move 5 times. Then spread your legs far apart and try to touch your toes with one hand at a time. That is, touch your right toes with your left hand and your left toes with your right hand. Repeat this move at least 5 times as well.<br />

4. The Bridge<br />
<br />
I highly recommend doing this height increasing exercise. You do this by lying on the floor with your knees bent and your feet placed side by side. Your feet must be flat and should be as close as possible. Next, try to hold your ankles and lift up your hips with your spine arched. Then lift your abdominal muscles upwards as high as you can. If you find it difficult to hold onto your ankles, place your hands at your side and use them to lift up yourself.<br />
<br />
These are some of the basic height increasing exercises that you may want to put into practice. They are effective and can help you grow taller if you are persistent in doing them.<br />

We get bombarded with the same kind of silly messages. We need to turn a deaf ear to them and work on what is on our inside. In life we need to spend more time developing our inner being than we do on our outward appearance. No matter how many plastic surgeries we have we are still going to die and pass on to somewhere else. The only thing we will take with us is whatever is inside us. So work on that. Develop character instead of worrying about changing your outside. Do the practical stuff like exercise and eating better. That will help a lot but don't forget to feed your soul and mind. That is where true abundant life dwells.<br />
